Coating thickness measurement

Every coating thickness and material analyser made by ROENTGENANALYTIK is capable to solve a large variety of measurement problems. The possible spectrum of applications goes from simple single-layer applications of practically all ( plating ) coatings to very complex multiplayer alloy coatings. It is possible, for instance, to analyse a 3-element alloy coating on a intermediate layer on a 5-element base material ( Au-Cu-Cd on Ni on stainless steel ). In this case the result is thickness and composition simultaneously. Because we constantly create new applications and improve our calculation models we do not want to show a list of applications here. This list would be already obsolete tomorrow.
